Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, the Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, egg, salt, garlic, onion, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
Place some breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and coat each patty with the crumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve the burgers on the toasted buns with your choice of toppings and condiments.
