Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 stick salted butter, melted

  • Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Set aside.
