- 1 pound ground beef 80/20
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves for wrapping
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- Pickles sliced
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
Combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Split the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
