  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 1/3 cup erythritol
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • Pinch of salt

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth.
