- 1 clear Jar
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup erythritol
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Scissors
- Hole punch
- Printable gift tag
- Ribbon or string
- Funnel optional
Materials for Mixing Listed on the Tag:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
- 8 tablespoons butter unsalted
Place a funnel into a clear jar, and pour the almond flour into it.
Next, put the erythritol into the jar on top of the almond flour.
Add in the baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Layer the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg.
Top off the jar with ¼ cup of chopped walnuts.
Place the lid onto the jar.
Cut out the printable gift tag, and punch a hole in one corner.
Thread a piece of string or ribbon through the tag, and tie it to the top of the jar.
