Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces fresh spinach rinsed under cold water
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Parmesan cheese freshly grated, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the spinach, minced garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a microwave-safe dish. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
