1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup grated American Heritage Chocolate Block 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg beaten 6 tablespoons sour cream 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup vegetable oil chocolate glaze: 1 cup American Heritage Chocolate Drink Chocolate sprinkles optional
