- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped (optional for garnish)
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
