Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 Tbsp pickling spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 Tbsp dried dill
  • 1 large cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Bring the vinegar, water, pickling spices, and salt to the boil then allow to cool down.
    Adding dried dill to the pot with water, pickling spices, and garlic for Quick and Easy Pickled Cucumbers.
  • In the meantime measure the cucumber to the size of your jars and cut it into batons.
