Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and shredded
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced red cabbage and shredded carrots.
