1 package cake mix for 12 cupcakes 0.5 cup white frosting 0.5 cup black icing Red sugar sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 12 cup cupcake pan with liners.
Prepare the cake mix according to directions. Pour into the cupcake pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let cool.
You can use this
Betty Crocker Cupcake Frosting for easy piping or regular white frosting. Pipe the white frosting onto the cupcakes.
Fill a small bowl with red sugar sprinkles. Dip the top of the cupcake in the sprinkles making sure it's completely covered.
Use the white frosting to make a circle on the cupcake.
Pipe the black icing in a horizontal line in the center of the cupcake for a belt.
Pipe 2 buttons above the belt and 2 below.
