3tablespoonsLand O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
2-3garlic cloves juice from 2 lemons
2ouncesgrated Parmesan cheese
1teaspoondried parsley or chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
While the pasta is boiling, mince the garlic. Add butter to a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic to the pan and stir for a minute or two, until the garlic is fragrant and tender.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Toss pasta with the garlic butter mixture, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
