Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
