Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into 1-­inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Cooked egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, salt, pepper and onion powder.
  • Toss pork pieces in flour mixture. Place in crockpot.
  • Add chicken broth and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Stir in mushrooms and cook for an additional hour.
  • Stir in sour cream and cook for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve over egg noodles and top with chopped parsley.
