In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, onion powder, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and they are nicely browned.
Serve the cooked patties on hamburger buns with cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, and pickles as desired.
