Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey 93% lean
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Sliced cheddar cheese optional
  • Sliced tomato optional
  • Sliced onion optional
  • Lettuce optional
  • Pickles optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, onion powder, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and they are nicely browned.
  • Serve the cooked patties on hamburger buns with cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, and pickles as desired.
