- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
