Ingredients
  

  • 12 OREO or Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies
  • 12 Hershey Kisses
  • 4 tablespoons Orange Icing
  • 2 tablespoons Halloween Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place a dime size amount of orange icing on the top of an OREO or Fudge Stripe Cookie.
  • Press a Hershey Kiss into the orange icing. Some of the orange icing will squish out around the Hershey Kiss which will act as the glue for your sprinkles.
  • Add sprinkles to the ring of orang icing and allow to set.
