How many times at a party have you heard someone ask “Whose drink is this?” Keeping up with which drink belongs to who is always a challenge, especially at a kid’s party. There is always the old Sharpie on a plastic cup method, but these simple DIY party drink label ideas are much cuter. I easily created these DIY party drink labels with my new label printer. While organizing your pantry and craft supplies are more obvious uses for label makers, there are tons of ways you can use labels for a more personalized touch. I decided my new Epson LabelWorks LW-600 printer would be perfect for making drink labels. It is sooooo easy to use. You can go online or use the Epson iLabel app (my preferred method) to create custom labels. There are a lot of different font options and ribbons to further customize your labels. You don’t even need scissors, thanks to the built-in-cutter.
If you want to keep things super simple, as your guests arrive, print labels to place directly onto the party cups. The kids will have so much fun using the app to choose a font and spell out their own names. The printer is rather small in scale, making it incredibly portable.
For this next drink label, I used a paper straw, a piece of washi tape, and label to make a flag. It’s so festive and incredibly simple to make. Who wouldn’t enjoy having this in their drink?
For the water battle labels, I cut 2-inch wide strips of scrapbooking paper and taped them onto the bottle. All you have to do after that, is add a name label. I didn’t even bother removing the label that came on the bottles. Just cover it up with your scrapbooking paper!

What a really great idea to make sure everyone is drinking their own drinks because they have their names on it. I like how creative I can get with the Epson printer and make these for my daughter’s birthday party.

I love those labels! I need to get myself one of those label makers. I have an old school P-Touch that I need to replace.
These are great ways to keep from wasting a ton of cups or winding up with too many half drank water bottles. I love my label maker, you can do so much with it.
These are all great ideas, but I really love the straw with the tag. I hate to waste and every time I have a party it seems as though no one can keep track of their water bottles.

Oh, I wish I had a labelmaker still. I used that thing ALL THE TIME, and labeling made my OCD so happy. I might have to get another one.
