Birthdays are so much fun. I have always loved planning birthday parties for my son. It’s always so nice to see kids having a great time. I especially like it when guests, young and old, get excited about the party snacks I have prepared. Since I love making unique snacks and treats for the kids everyday, you can imagine how much fun I could have coming up with fun snacks to have for a birthday party. Making homemade tortilla chips is simple and they make a great afternoon or evening snack. They can easily be taken up a notch by adding different flavors to them or even made extra special for a birthday party.
Everyone loves these party shaped homemade tortilla chips. These homemade tortilla chips are easy to change up for different occasions simply by changing the cookie cutters that you use and the food coloring. Use flower shaped cookie cutters to celebrate Spring or Summer. For Christmas, use Christmas trees or Jingle Bells. These can even be used to teach ABC by using letter cutouts.
