Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 1

Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on your desired doneness.

Step 2

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns and toast them if desired. Add a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice. Top with a cheese-topped patty and two slices of bacon.

Add any other preferred toppings and then cover with the top bun halves and serve immediately.
