Instant Pot Pork Chops

Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 1

Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat the olive oil. Add the pork chops and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Add chicken broth to the pot. Secure the lid, set the valve to ‘Sealing’, and select ‘Manual’ or ‘Pressure Cook’ mode. Set the timer for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Once cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
