This sounds like an amazing service!! I could have used this a couple of times when we were traveling.
I am a Nurse Practitioner and love to see my patients in person. I have a hard time believing that you get appropriate care with an online visit – you need someone to be able to give you a good physical exam. Some services could be handled over the phone, but I believe that most people would do better to see their primary care provider.
I will call my patients to handle little things or squeeze them into my schedule same day if they have an acute illness.

Whoever thought of this service is a genius! It’s very convenient and I think it’s something that should be done in other countries too, my country specifically. I have trouble seeing my endocrinologist. Her sched’s always blah and I have to be absent from work ( unnecessary VL use ) just to see her. And when I’m at her clinic, I wait for at least an hour and the whole consultation lasts just 5 minutes. It’s sad.
