I am being compensated by Bounce for my participation in this campaign as part of the Mom It Forward Blogger Network. Have you ever had one of those days or weeks or months when you felt like you couldn’t keep up with your life? Well that’s the way I have been feeling lately. With a lot of traveling and a heavy workload, there are many things that haven’t received my full attention of late. Don’t get me wrong. Work is good. I like to have work. Work means I get paid. But when you get really busy there are sure to be some little mishaps. For example, after my most recent trip I didn’t have time to unpack my suitcase right away. Hours turned into days and days turned into… you get the picture. On this particular trip I received some delicious goodies that I didn’t have the heart to throw away, so I tossed them into my suitcase. When I finally got around to unpacking the combination of smells from cheese popcorn, chocolate, and dirty clothes was unbearable.
If only I had thought to toss a Bounce Dryer Sheet into my suitcase. This whole unfortunate incident could have been avoided.
Since this little incident, I have come up with some other areas that can use a little help from Bounce Dryer Sheets. This messy sock drawer, for instance. I promised not to tell whose drawer this is. Shhh…
Then there’s that closet that holds all the extra towels and sheets. It’s been smelling a little stale in there, and can definitely use a little freshening up.
I am happy to report that I am bouncing back, getting caught up, and will hopefully be able to slow down a bit to really enjoy the upcoming holiday season.
How do you #BounceBack from life’s little mishaps?
See AlsoBounce dryer sheets come in six, fresh scents:Â Outdoor Fresh, Fresh Linen, Spring Fresh, Meadows & rain, Spring & Renewal, and Fresh Lavender.
If you have sensitive skin, Bounce dryer sheets also come in a perfume and dye free version, which is recommended by dermatologists. And then there’s the Bounce Dryer Bar which attaches to the drum of the dryer. It’s pretty nifty!
*Keep Bounce out of the reach of children and pets. Hang the sheet freely or place in an open envelope to avoid direct contact with fabrics.
I love this idea. I need some in my bathroom. It gets a little musty in there. My linen closet could use one also. The towels are all clean, yet it still starts to smell stale.
Great ideas!! I love Bounce and use it all the time. I actually forgot to add a sheet to the dryer today and the static was INSANE!!! Never again!
I love the fresh smell of Bounce. I put a sheet in the girls cheer bags. Even though cheerleaders claim to sparkle, not sweat, those bags can get a little ripe. My son’s closet is a good place too. The girls say it has a foot odor. Gotta love brutally honest sisters.
I put bounce sheets in the bottom of my trash cans in the bathroom and kitchen. I also put them in the containers with my Christmas stuff.
I actually put dryer sheets into all the shoes that are taken off inside our front door. Since that means A LOT of stinky shoes a few dryer sheets placed into the shoes keeps them from smelling a bit.
Oh, I love that sock drawer. Seriously, though, does ANYONE have a neatly organized sock drawer? Is that even possible? 🙂
I use Bounce sheets stored with my out of season shoes and sports equipment. They work absolute wonders for keeping them smelling fresh and clean.
I love bounce! It takes me back to childhood! And when the clothes come out of the dyer…hmmmm
And I keep it in my drawers too. it really helps keep everything fresh
Ohh!! I definitely need to stash some Bounce in our linen closet!
I love the idea of putting a Bounce sheet in my suitcase! The sock drawer is another place that needs one, especially my son’s sock drawer!
I love the smell of Bounce! I need to throw a couple in my linen closets to help keep the freshness! Great tips!
