How many times do you have to tell your kids to not play with their food? Here’s one occasion when you’ll encourage the kids to play with their food. Calling all Candy Crush fans! These Candy Crush inspired graham cracker treats are both fun to make and eat!

Two Candy Crush Inspired Graham Cracker Treats decorated with colorful gumdrops, Swedish fish, and sprinkles.

These Candy Crush Graham Cracker Treats are a fun way for the kids to get hands on in the kitchen, play with their food and it all ends in a yummy treat for them. Think rainy afternoon or a hot summer day when Mom just wants a break for a few minutes. Break out the ingredients and let the kids create and play for a little while. Plus, since Candy Crush is such a popular game on the electronics, kids are even more interested in making their treats.

Ingredients:

  • graham crackers, any brand
  • Swedish fish
  • rainbow nonpareils
  • gumdrops
  • toothpicks

Instructions:

Step 1: Generously frost each graham cracker rectangle with white frosting.

Step 2: Take 1 gumdrop at a time and make a row, like on Candy Soda Crush. Add an occasional Swedish Fish for the fish you see on the game.

Step 3: To make the candy bomb, pick a spot or 2 on the graham cracker and gently (they come out FAST, so gently) pour a small amount of the rainbow nonpareils onto the frosting next to a gumdrop. Use the toothpick to gently form a circle out of the nonpareils and keep them from going all over the graham cracker. Repeat as times as you would like.

Cute idea! The kids can be as creative as they can get and then eat their art work later. Sharing this with my cousin who has 3 little daughters.

Just perfect for my kiddos sweet tooths. I like that it uses candies you don’t eat/see every day. Gumdrops are my fave!
