Wait until your friends, family and guests see how cute these melted snowman cookies are. They are the perfect holiday treat. You can watch their faces light up and glowing with happiness. They will remember this moment forever while enjoying your delicious cookies.

What Kind of icing Do I Need for these Cookies

You will need Royal Icing which can be bought in a grocery store but I am including a simple royal icing recipe. While it might seem intimidating to make the frosting, it is so simple and makes these cookies look perfect.

How to Store Melted Snowman Cookies

These are best kept at room temperature in an airtight container. The frosting is very moist and should be used within a few days. You want to make sure to keep the cookies protected from the air. Otherwise the cookies will get stale.

How to Make the Carrot Nose

The snowman face isn’t complete without the snowman nose. There are a few ways that you can make the snowman’s nose. You can use a food safe marker  to draw the nose. This is my preferred way because it is the easiest. You could use some melted orange chocolate and draw on the triangle. A third option is to use cookie gel. All of these can be purchased online or you can sometimes find them in the bakery section of craft stores or grocery stores.
