- One 12 oz package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
