Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups oats quick or old fashioned, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup chocolate pieces. Stir until smooth; cool slightly.
