These 3 ingredient Oreo Truffles are delicious and super easy to make. They will make a nice addition to my Christmas Cookie assortment this year.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Oreo cookies
  • 1 package white chocolate bark (vanilla candy bark will also work)
  • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature

Instructions:

Step 1: Finely crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor. It should look like this.

Step 2: Reserve about 1/2 cup of crushed Oreo to sprinkle over the top of truffles.

Step 3: Using a heavy spoon, mash the cream cheese into the crushed Oreo until well combined.

Step 4: Using a small cookie scoop, form mixture into small balls.

Step 5: Melt chocolate according to package directions. Dip each ball into chocolate, tapping off excess and place on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreo over tops of truffles, before chocolate coating hardens.

Step 6: Place in the refrigerator until set.

That’s it! These easy Oreo Truffles are simply delicious and sure to be a real crowd pleaser!
