This snack is fun to make and fun to eat!

Edible Aquarium Recipe

1 (4 serving size) package berry blue flavor gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
ice cubes
gummy fish or Swedish fish

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cutes to make 11/4 cups ice and water. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. If mixture is still thin, refrigerate until slightly thickened. Pour thickened gelatin into 4 desert dishes. Suspend gummy fish in gelatin. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

I purchased small fish bowls from the Dollar Tree. This recipe will make one fish bowl of this size or up to four servings in smaller containers.

This is a great idea. Hmm… won’t the children be scared of eating off of a fish bowl? 🙂
