It’s grilling season y’all! One of my goals for this spring and summer is to get more creative on the grill, so I’ll be serving up a lot more than just hamburgers and hot dogs. Although, I do like hamburgers and hot dogs a lot.
This Asian inspired pork tenderloin is sure to impress your family and friends. It’s oh-so simple to prepare with just few ingredients. I know you’re going to love that. It’s delicious too. You simply can’t go wrong with a honey, soy and ginger flavor combo. Yum!
I’m getting ready to head to Phoenix for the Mom 2.0 Conference where I’ll get to sit down and interview Molly Ringwald. How cool is that?! I wanted to share this recipe with you real quick before I leave. I hope you enjoy!
