When is the last time you hosted a girl’s night in for you friends? While it’s fun to go out on the town everyone once in a while, I much prefer gathering with my girlfriends at home for a night of girl talk, laughs, and of course some good eats.
Hanging out with the girls is just as therapeutic as it is relaxing!
Hosting a girls’ night in this spring doesn’t have to be stressful or take up a lot of your time. Prepare a few simple snacks or appetizers, taking advantage of the seasons fresh ingredients. Mix up a couple of mocktails using Trop50 and you’re all set. Pop in a classic chick flick, play board games, or just spend time gabbing and catching up with each other.
To help you plan your next party, I put together a collection of Girls Night In recipes on Foodie.com. My recipe collection titled Inspiring Recipes for a Fun Girl’s Night In features a variety of simple to prepare appetizers, refreshing mocktails, and of course a sweet treat. The collection includes some refreshing mocktails like Raspberry Acai Frozen Margarita and Tropical Twisters – both made with delicious Trop50 Raspberry Acai. I don’t drink since I am breastfeeding but the 7 layer dip sounds right up my alley – yummy!
I’m picking up some Trop 50 Raspberry Acai soon and trying some drink recipes. 🙂 You’ve inspired me!
I like the 7 layer dip and lettuce wraps YUM.
I love hosting Girl’s Night In. My husband says I live for hosting parties and he wouldn’t be wrong. It’s nice though to have some simple recipes planned on the menu because I would rather enjoy the night with the girls rather than just cooking for them.
I could use a fun girls night in! And that 7 layer dip is calling my name!
You have so many great recipes! I really like your slow cooker options. Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Soup is a favorite.
Those look so delicious. I especially want to try the Cream Soda recipe.
I would absolutely love a girls’ night out about now. Let’s make this happen.
The Raspberry Acai Frozen Margarita would be great for Cinco de Mayo! I’m having a party so I’m going to use it as inspiration for a non-alcoholic version.
A 7 layer dip. Yes please!! What time are you coming over?
