How Long To Cook Chicken in the Instant Pot
When you are making chicken in the Instant Pot or pressure cooker, you might be wondering how long to cook chicken. When cooking chicken, including this Keto Instant Pot Queso Chicken, you will cook it for 10 minutes. This gives you cooked chicken that is so tender you can cut it with a fork.
One of the hardest things to stay on track with Keto is having food you can grab and eat. With Keto Instant Pot Queso Chicken, you can make a large batch and store it in the fridge for a few days. It makes it easy to have something to eat when you are hungry. As a bonus, it tastes even better the next day.

Ingredients:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes + 10 minutes natural release
Servings: 5
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 can Rotel
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ c Bone Broth
- 1 ½ c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Step 1: Place the chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Step 2: Sprinkle 1 tbsp of taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste over the chicken.
Step 3: Pour ½ cup of bone broth over the chicken.
Step 4: Spread a can of Rotel over the top of the chicken.
Step 5: Place 4 oz. of cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Step 6: Seal the lid on the Instant Pot, and make sure that the pressure valve is closed.
Step 7: Set the Instant Pot to manual for 15 minutes. Allow it to do a slow release for 10 minutes when it has finished cooking.
Step 8: Remove the lid, and stir the ingredients until the cream cheese is well- incorporated.
Step 9: Add in the Monterey Jack cheese, and stir to combine.
Step 10: Serve on its own, or with a bed of cauliflower rice or fresh salad greens.


Keto Instant Pot Queso Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 can Rotel
- 4 ounces Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Bone broth
- 1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Instructions
- Place the chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the bottom of the Instant Pot.

- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste over the chicken.

- Pour 1/2 cup of bone broth over the chicken.

- Spread a can of Rotel over the top of the chicken.

- Place 4 ounces of cream cheese on top of the chicken.

- Seal the lid on the Instant Pot, and make sure that the pressure valve is closed.
- Set the Instant Pot to manual for 15 minutes. Allow it to do a slow release for 10 minutes when it has finished cooking.
- Remove the lid, and stir the ingredients until the cream cheese is well incorporated.

- Add in the Monterey Jack cheese, and stir to combine.

- Serve on its own, or with a bed of cauliflower rice or fresh salad greens.
