Semi-Homemade Bat Cupcakes for Halloween

You can easily store these Semi-Homemade Bat Cupcakes easy and without a fuss. You can store these in an air-tight container for longer shelf life and find cupcake holders with extra space to keep the decorations from being tampered with.

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 container prepared chocolate frosting
  • 1 package fudge stripe cookies
  • 1 bag milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
  • 1 tablespoon red gel icing
  • Candy eyes

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare cake mix according to package directions for cupcakes. Cool. Frost cupcakes with chocolate frosting.

Step 2: Break the cookies in half or cut to desired shape, and press two halves into the top of each cupcake for wings, stripes facing the frosting.

Step 3: Place a chocolate kiss in front of the cookies with the point facing forward for the body.

Step 4: Add 2 small dots using the red gel icing.
