Want to make an incredible pie, but don’t want to heat up your oven? This no bake strawberry pie is just what you need! I can’t think of a better summertime dessert. It’s luscious and sweet, and oh-so pretty.

No Bake Strawberry Pie Recipe

I’ve been making these no bake pies as long as I can remember. My recipe box is full of them. This strawberry pie requires only 5 ingredients. It’s insanely easy to make and perfect for your summer celebrations. Impress your guests without breaking a sweat.

Oh, how I love strawberry desserts. This fresh strawberry cake recipe is another of my favorites.

No Bake Strawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pint of fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 store-bought graham cracker pie crust
1 small (3 oz.) box strawberry jello mix
1 (8 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Instructions:

Step 1: Wash strawberries, drain off water, and slice. Place into a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Let the strawberries stand at room temperature for an hour or so to macerate. Optionally, you can use frozen sliced strawberries. Just thaw and add when jello has cooled.

Step 2: Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup of hot water in large bowl. Let cool at room temperature.

Step 3: Add whipped topping and strawberries to the jello. Mix well and pour into the crust. Refrigerate until well chilled, 1-2 hours, before slicing. Garnish with sliced strawberries if desired.

Makes 6-8 servings.

I am really liking many of your recipes. Just pinned this to make for the kids. I am going to try the frozen strawberries in the syrup with this and cross my fingers it works.

Do you drain the macerated strawberries before adding them to the whipped topping?

No, you don’t need to drain them. The juices enhance the flavor and help blend everything together!
