White chocolate, popcorn and festive sprinkles make the perfect holiday popcorn mix.

It’s been raining here the last few days with no end in sight. On cold and dreary days like this, I find myself dreaming about the upcoming holidays. I love the holiday season so much, and all the food and festivities that come with it.

To keep the family happy and entertained this week, I decided a batch of holiday popcorn mix was in order along with a #FunSideOut project. This easy peasy popcorn recipe is oh-so delish.

Oh-So Simple 3-Ingredient Holiday Popcorn Mix

You only need three ingredients to make this holiday popcorn mix.

Ingredients:
1 Bag Pop Secret Popcorn, popped and kernels removed
6-7 ounces white candy melts, melted
festive sprinkles (about 1/2 a bottle)

For the popcorn you can always use your own, or take a shortcut like I did, and use Pop Secret microwave popcorn. Why not? It’s so much easier. I’m a huge fan of the Pop Secret Homestyle variety. Seriously. I eat the stuff just about every night.

Directions

On a large baking sheet or jello roll pan, gently mix in the melted white candy/chocolate into the popped popcorn. Sprinkle the SpRinKleS onto the popcorn mixture before the melted candy/chocolate hardens. Gently mix it all together with your fingers before it hardens.

Now, onto the #FunSideOut project. Pop Secret is challenging all of us to make a fun craft project using Pop Secret popcorn, paper clips and whatever other items you want. There are some fun examples on the Pop Secret Facebook page.

We used some scrapbooking paper and paper clips to make fun popcorn cones. All you have to do is cut a piece of scrapbooking or construction paper in half. Roll into a cone and secure with a paper clip. Pour in your Pop Secret popcorn and enjoy!
