One Skillet Pizza Pasta comes together quickly, is delicious, and perfect for a busy weeknight. It’s easily made from scratch in one skillet, leaving you with hardly any cleanup.

Incredibly Easy One Skillet Pizza Pasta with melted mozzarella and mini pepperonis.

This recipe calls for pepperoni, but it can easily be customized to whatever your favorite pizza is. Add your family’s favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, sausage or peppers.

An easy crowd-pleasing one pot meal that the whole family will love! Everyone will be begging for seconds!

A fork lifting a cheesy portion of one skillet pizza pasta with mini pepperonis.

Ingredients:

Serves 4

  • 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 24 ounce jar marinara (or your favorite sauce type)
  • 1 1⁄2 cups water
  • 1⁄2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1⁄4 tsp dried basil
  • 1⁄8 tsp salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp pepper
  • 1⁄2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1⁄4 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Step 1: In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, add olive oil, marinara, water, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sliced pepperoni (reserve mini pepperonis); stir to combine. Add pasta and bring sauce to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 20-22 minutes, or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally (stir every 5 minutes or so to prevent pasta from sticking and ensure it’s covered with sauce).

Step 2: Once cooked, remove from heat, stir, add mozzarella cheese and mini pepperonis. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Step 3: Serve and enjoy!

Notes: Be sure to stir pasta occasionally while cooking to prevent sticking. If pasta seems to be getting dry while cooking, add a bit more water.
