About A Mom has partnered with Walmart to share this holiday season’s top toys. We got started a couple of weeks ago, sharing some of the fantastic toys from Walmart’s Chosen by Kids Top 20 Toys List.
This holiday season, Walmart has taken the guess work out of gift giving with their Chosen by Kids Top 20 Toys List. Walmart asked a thousand kids to pick out the top toys of the year. Kids played with the hottest new toys from Hasbro, Mattel, Spin Master and Zing to get their thoughts and stamps of approval. The top toy list provides recommendations for kids by kids.
One of this season’s top toys is the Razor A Kick Scooter.
In addition to creative toys like the Spin Master Sew Cool Sewing Machine, and licensed toys like the Disney Princess Palace Pets Magic Dance Pumpkin, Walmart found that kids are craving more adventurous toys — like scooters, ride-ons, and racing cars. These are toys that allow kids to be active, whether indoors or outdoors. For the first time, Walmart added these toys to their annual holiday focus group and the kids have spoken! They voted the Razor A Kick Scooter as the hottest ride on this season.
My niece, Maddie, tested the scooter our for us earlier this week and fell in love with it. She was a little nervous at first, but after just few minutes she was riding like a pro. The Razor A Kick Scooter provides a sturdy ride, and glides along with a few scoots of your shoe. Adjusting the handlebar to the right height was very easy to do. I also love how simple it is to fold the scooter up for storage.
Here’s a bit more about this popular toy: Available in multiple colors (blue, red, green, pink or black), the Razor A Kick Scooter is great fun for kids and teens alike (recommended for ages 5+, can carry up to 143lbs). Perfect for speeding around the neighborhood, the scooter requires just a few scoots of one’s shoes, and the rear fender brake allows kids to stop the scooter with ease. The scooter features aircraft-grade aluminum for strong and durable performance and the handlebar can be adjusted to three different heights according to the child’s comfort. Storing and carrying becomes very simple as it can be easily folded, plus the Razor scooter is lightweight, weighing only 6lbs. With so many advanced features, kids are sure to enjoy a smooth ride and feel in control when cruising on this Razor A scooter.
It’s easy on your wallet too! This affordable outdoor toy is priced well for $27.72 at Walmart.

Both of my boys have razor scooters and they both love them. Hours of fun!
I actually still like riding scooters, so they’re a timeless toy. My kids always ride them when they’re here visiting too!
I am still trying to figure out the Savings Catcher. I think once we get our Walmart built closer to home I will dive in to it.
I think scooters are awesome, and honestly, wouldn’t they be a great gift for college students for jetting around the campus?!
Razor scooters were popular a few years back. I remember everyone had them. Kiddo has a scooter. Shes outgrown it, but she still tries to play with it.
My son has a razor scooter. He loves it so much!
We are getting my youngest a scooter for Xmas. I tried the savings catcher but it won’t work for me lol.
I was visiting my brother last month and his 11 year old son had one of these and just loved it. He was going all over the place in it and it is great exercise.
My kids both had Razor Scooters when they were younger. They got them for Christmas and loved them.
My kids had Razors when they were younger, and they practically lived on them. So much fun!
