My trip included a week in Italy where I ate my fill of pizza and pasta. Maybe a little gelato and a few cannoli too. Nom. Nom. Nom. In honor of my time in Italy and the spectacular summertime weather we are having here in Georgia, I’d like to feature my pizza pasta salad this week. It’s one of those cold pasta dishes that I am sure to make all summer long, and it’s a real crowd pleaser for summer parties.
