Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ is such a great weeknight easy recipe. It’s full of flavor and has the wonderful sweetness you would expect from Korean BBQ. Don’t you just love it when a great tasting dish is easy to prepare?
You’ll be glad to know that this isn’t a spicy dish, so the kids will love it too. I usually like a little heat in my food, but the other seasonings in the sauce totally make up for that.
My secret ingredient in this recipe is one of Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauces. Campbell’s Sauces are “Easy to Use”, whether for an Every Day meal or Game Day get-together.
Campbell’s Sauces are a great way to help you cook a real meal, even if you have little time on your Monday through Friday hectic schedule, especially if you have kids. You can spend more time with your family, instead of cooking dinner.
You only need 5 minutes to prep this meal, so it’s easy to get it started in the slow cooker in the morning. When it’s time for dinner, simply cook some rice and a vegetable and you’re all set for dinner. To bump up the nutrients, I like to serve this with brown rice.
Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ
2-3 pound boneless beef chuck roast
Campbell’s Sweet Korean BBQ Sauce
sliced green onion for garnish (optional)
Place beef in the slow cooker. Pour sauce over the beef. There is no need to add water.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, until beef is for tender. You can also cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Use a fork to shred the beef and mix it in with the sauce. Serve with prepared rice and garnish with sliced green onion.
I told you this was easy!
Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauces are so convenient when you are craving some comfort food. The Tavern Style Pot Roast and Beef Stew sauces help create the perfect meal on a cold winter day.
Did you know that Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauces are not only great for every day meals but they are awesome for game day gathering with friends? Meals with Campbell’s Slow Cooker sauces are delicious and so easy to make. Just 5 minutes of prep time is all it takes. Take the Game Day Great, Every Day Easy Challenge and experience it for yourself. The Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork, Southern BBQ, and Hawaiian Pork varieties are sure to make an appearance at my house on game day as slicers, tacos and wraps.

I am a fan of quick, delicious, easy to prepare meals. This is definitely going to make its way into my kitchen. I love korean beef barbeque, but this one, less the spicyness would be great for the kids too.
