Whether you are preparing Easter dinner or Easter brunch, a signature drink is a must. This delicious sparkling bunny Easter drink recipe is simple to make and something the whole family will enjoy.
Easter is just around the corner. This year I’ll be sticking with tradition and hosting a brunch. Ham and biscuits, hash brown casserole, fresh fruit, and this fun Easter drink are a few of the things I’ll be serving up.

I like to keep it simple, and that’s the best advice I can give for holiday entertaining. Don’t make it so extravagant that you don’t get to enjoy your guests.
For this Easter drink recipe you’ll need to grab some orange juice and 2 liter bottles of Sprite or lemon-lime soda.
You’ll also need some carrot juice, fresh mint sprigs and plenty of ice. I like to make this drink in a pitcher, but you could easily prepare it in individual glasses. The mint poking from the top of this orange colored drink, makes it look a bit like a carrot to me.
