This pea pesto pasta is a terrific healthier kid-friendly recipe for St Patrick’s Day or anytime. I’m trying to avoid the green food coloring this year, instead using green veggies to make St Patrick’s Day food for the kids.
This pea pesto is super easy and delicious. It can be served with your choice of pasta shapes. I prefer to serve this pesto with spaghetti or cheese ravioli. The kids really enjoy it!
