Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peas thawed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Place peas, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to food processor. Pulse until an almost smooth consistency. Add lemon juice and olive oil, pulse until smooth (add optional basil at this point). Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite pasta.
