Great Start with Team Kellogg's

As I’m sure you’ve heard me say before, getting off to a great start in the morning is crucial to a successful day, especially when you’re busy like me with a house full of  big kids and grandchildren all waking up hungry and rushing around to start our busy days. That’s why Kellogg’s and I are teaming up this winter: to ensure we all get off to great starts when we need them most. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing tips from Team Kellogg’s, and letting you know how these valuable pieces of advice help me stay on top of everything in our busy little household; like coming up with new ways to exercise together in the morning! It’s a great and positive way to get the kids out of bed, and it gets all of our days started with a little fun and activity.

Do you know that old saying… Like Mother, Like Daughter? Well, it’s important to me that I set a good example for my daughters and granddaughters. I am so inspired by the video below featuring Tip #15 Like Mother, Like Daughter from Team Kellogg’s, and am looking forward to getting more exercise as a my family. Some simple yoga stretches in the morning or a brisk walk in the evening with my girls will be a great way for me to lead by example.
