Easy 4 Layer Dip

I can't wait for you to make this recipe!

When it comes to game day snacks you can’t go wrong with chips and salsa, but sometimes I like to take it up a notch and make an Easy 4 Layer Dip.

Grab your ingredients!

1 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened 1/4 sour cream 1 16 oz. can chili beans 1 container restaurant style salsa (mild or hot) 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese tortilla chips for serving

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. 3. In the bottom of an oven safe dish, spread cream cheese into an even layer.

Step 1

4. After opening chili beans, pour off some of the liquid from the top (approximately half). Spread beans over cream cheese layer. 5. Spread salsa over bean layer.

Step 2

6. Sprinkle with cheese. 7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. Sprinkle on some chopped green onion, if you like. Totally optional, but I like the bit of color that it adds to the dish. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
