Grab your ingredients!
– Your favorite cake mix or recipe and ingredients to make the cupcakes. We used strawberry and I absolutely love the flavor for spring – 1 tub of frosting or your favorite frosting recipe – Chow Mein noodles or bran cereal like Fiber One – Jelly beans or candy coated chocolate eggs
Make the cupcakes according to the package or recipe directions. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes.

Then press the chow mein noodles gently into the frosting in a circle fashion, forming a nest.
