Rizzoli & Isles Season 2 finale left us with quite a cliffhanger! In the final episode, Doyle (Maura’s father and a wanted criminal) arrives on the scene just in time to save his daughter from a would-be killer, but he evades arrest and starts shooting at the cops. Jane shoots back and ends up wounding Maura’s father.
Although Maura and her father’s relationship has been strained, to say the least, she still cares for him deeply. I wonder how she is going to react to her best friend shooting her dad? Will the always practical Maura realize that Jane had no choice or will her emotions get the better of her?
Rizzoli & Isles Season Two on DVD
I am really looking forward to the Season 3 Premiere on June 5th, to see if Maura and Jane’s friendship is strong enough to overcome this latest challenge! How do you think it will all play out?
