- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
Rub the chuck roast with olive oil.
Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl.
Rub the seasoning mix all over the chuck roast.
Place the seasoned roast in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 390 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 320 degrees F and cook for another 45 to 60 minutes, or until the roast reaches your desired level of doneness.
Remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
