Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ripe avocado halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place the milk, avocado, yogurt, and honey into a blender.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
