Preheat the oven to 425℉. In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, oregano, cumin, and salt. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and season the wings on all sides with this mixture.
Bake the chicken wings for 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl mix the oil, fresh basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and seasoned salt.
When the chicken is cooked through, toss the wings with the oil mixture.
