Banana Smoothies are my new favorite way to enjoy bananas...and as little Harper puts it, "They're bananamazing."

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 1 cup milk dairy or any non-dairy alternative like almond or oat milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the sliced banana, milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and add honey if a sweeter drink is desired. Blend again briefly to mix.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
