Banana Smoothies are my new favorite way to enjoy bananas...and as little Harper puts it, "They're bananamazing."

- 1 large banana sliced
- 1 cup milk dairy or any non-dairy alternative like almond or oat milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Place the sliced banana, milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and add honey if a sweeter drink is desired. Blend again briefly to mix.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
